Contact Solutions ready for Nigerian market

CONTACT Solutions, a technology inclined out-sourcing service provider, has declared its readiness for the Nigerian market.

“These voice files can be delivered to client for record and service standard audit purposes,” he said.

Mr. Oyediran further said, for the security and confidentiality of client business, close circuit real time visual monitoring of activities in the contact centre is made available via streaming video, which is easily accessed through remote internet connection.

Additionally, the firm boosts of its capacity to seat 900 CSR within a three-shift period per day. Operation is on 24/7 inclusive of public holidays and weekends.
