ConSol is best in Nigeria – CEO

Managing Director of premier technology savvy customer management (CM) solution provider in the country, Contact Solutions (ConSol) Nigeria Limited, Mr. Sonny Oyediran, has said that in Nigeria today, his firm remain the best and only compete with other global competitors.

Mr. Oyediran made this declaration while speaking to journalists in Lagos, saying that at Contact Solution, they provide end-to-end solutions on customer relation management.

“In Nigeria, we’re the best and we compete with the best around the world,” he declared.

Stressing that globally, ConSol has been able to win projects and is still handling some reputed firms in the United States (US), United Kingdom, Brussels, as well as major telcos in the country including two leading banks among others.

He also said that benchmark for customer as far as ConSol is concerned is service delivery.

He underscored ConSol focus to be on return on investment (ROI) based on initial articulation of pain points, identifying business goals to address pain points and decides on specific actions or kind of solution that best match customers’ goals.

Mr. Oyediran further highlighted ConSol core service portfolio to comprise customer data validation, retention, satisfaction, conversion, awareness and intimacy based on loyalty, stressing these are ConSol center campaign platforms.

He pointed out that the core customer management solutions deployed by his firm includes a comprehensive CM roadmap and CRM solutions implementation centred on Siebel CRM, Microsoft CRM and CRMx.

Moreover, he said, ConSol sets up enterprise CM solution for contact centre implementation, outsource contact centre, in-house contact centre management, and build, operate and transfer (BOT) contact centres.

On the value proposition, he said, that ConSol customer management solutions tends to address the entire customer service life cycle.

“Our solution delivers on the promise to improve customer satisfaction, acquisition, loyalty, share and increased revenue,” he said.

Pointing out that the bottom line recommendation is to invest for increased customer satisfaction with a focus on loyalty to improve profitability.
