Glo holds Day at Enugu Fair

Globacom Limited has reiterated its resolve to in continue its spectacular showing at the on-going 18th Enugu International Trade Fair, as it Wednesday, held its Special Day at the fair ground.

A press statement from the telco, the event, which held at the Globacom arena along Abakaliki Road, is apart from hosting a select number of guests and subscribers at the special event.

Globacom also presented brand new Honda Accord cars to winners in its current Seasons Recharge promo, which draw was held few weeks earlier in the Coal City.

The telco equally said that its presence has accorded subscribers on the network to know more about offerings, just as they commended the initiative of the company.

In addition, it was gathered that the telco said it has redefined the rules of participating at the trade fairs in the country through dazzled visitors to its stand.

The exhibition pavilion stands Globacom out to make a very bold statement about its presence at the Fair.

Globacom’s Regional Sales Coordinator, David Maji, said that, Globacom has been showcasing its unique value added services like Mobile Banking, Multimedia Messaging Service, Mobile Internet, Glo Direct, Vehicle and container tracking to the delight of visitors to its pavilion.

He recalled that Globacom recently launched a new brand expression, Rule Your World, through which it seeks to re-emphasise the innate qualities of its subscribers to be the best in whatever they do and the preparedness of the company to make available opportunities to enable them attain such goals.

Globacom prides itself as Nigeria’s Second National Operator (SNO), just as the telco said it has concluded arrangements to play a prominent role at the on-going18th Enugu International Trade Fair.

According to him the South East region, like every other region, is of strategic importance in the business equation of Globacom.

“We were in Enugu last year and we were rated best. This year, we are ready to replicate the magic that has made us the network of choice across the length and breadth of this country” Maji said.

He added that the preparedness of the network to play a major role in ensuring that its customers and visitors at the Fair have access to the best of telecommunications products and value adding services.

He also affirmed Globacom’s commitment to making seamless and affordable communication available to all at all times. It was for this reason he said, that Globacom recently signed a historic N78 billion contract with Alcatel-Lucent to expand the Glo network, and enhance its service delivery, among others.
