Amsco boosts PC penetration with eaziPay

He explained that with zero interest charges and non-upfront contribution, interested Nigerians via eaziPay could purchase desktops and laptops and pay over three to 24 months.

Specifications, he said, include option of Intel and AMD, Random Access Memory (RAM) range of 512 - 2 Gega bytes (GB), Hard drive disk with 40GB through 320 GB as well as screen size of 12.1 and 19 inches with bluetooth and wireless connectivity.

Furthermore, Amsco brand of desktops and laptops currently on offer come with a multimedia web cam, genuine Windows Vista Operating System (OS), Panda Internet Security 2008 anti virus, even as genuine Microsoft Office 2007 is available.

On warranty, Mr. Kalu said, Amsco offers 1 to 3 years depending on tenure of lease while insurance would be comprehensive and depends on model.

Desktops, he said, could be picked with a payment of as low as N4,000 and cost up to N50,000, while laptop payment structure starts with N4,500 and goes up to N95,000.
