Leading Applications Solutions Provider in the country, the Tavia Technologies Ltd, has bagged three Microsoft awards.
Tavia, established in 1999 was honored at the Microsoft Nigeria’s Partner Award ceremony recently held in Lagos State.
The awards were in recognition of Tavia’s efforts in delivering and enhancing value to the numerous clientele across the three main areas of its operations; Web, Wireless and Applications as well as Business Intelligence.
Tavia won Rookie of the year award, Customer Experirnce Award and the Country Managers Award based on the results of the company’s strong focus to consistently provide first class services to its clients.
Tavia Technologies which has over the years carved a niche for itself in the industry took a strategic decision to further deepen and leverage its relationship with Microsoft through skills aqusition partnerships that have enhanced its superior service delivery to its clients.
Commenting on the awards, the managing director/chief executive, Tavia Technologies, Mr. Ayo Olasoju, said the company has invested in human capital development through the enrollment of the staff in Microsoft Partner University and other Microsoft centred training courses.
He also said that Tavia Technologies has built up its in-house Microsoft knowledge base to ensure capacity building of the staff.
In addition, he said, his firm in delivering value driven services, developed international alliances with organizations outside Nigeria who have had an established pedigree of deploying Microsoft solutions.
“We tailored our Solution Implementation Approach (SIA) to best practice as contained in the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) which has helped us to improve on the customer experience we provide during solution implementation,” he said.
