Winners applaud Glo on empowerment

Some winners of Globacom’s Win ‘n’ Rule promo, weekend, applauded the telecom operator, saying that it has become a major factor economic empowerment of Nigerians.
One of the winners, who spoke after receiving his prize, a BMW car, Mr. Toyin Ogunse noted that Globacom has created jobs and wealth opportunities.

According to him, Globacom has contributed greatly to the transformation of the Nigeria’s economy and spread joy to common people.

“Globacom is doing exceedingly well,” he declared, presentation took place at the Deals Event Centre, Festac Town Lagos.

Also speaking, a retired teacher, Mr. Balogun Wakil Olasupo, and a Physics postgraduate student of the University of Lagos, Mr.Ologolo Ahmed, who were among 12 winners who received their prizes last week commended Globacom.

For Mr. Olasupo, Globacom is making life easier for ordinary Nigerians, stressing that the network has quality, hence, he was proud of the Nigerian service provider.

Equally, Mr. Dolapo Alo, a marketing executive with a Nigerian bank, FCMB, who received his Peugeot 307 car prize at the Union Bank Sports Centre previously, spoke in the same vein.

“Globacom has positively affected lives, empowering Nigerians economically locally and internationally,” he had said.

Apart from the BMW 3-series that was taken home by Mr. Toyin Ogunse, Peugeot 307 saloon cars went to Mrs. Chinyere M. Patrick and Mr. Adiele Maximus. Others who drove home in brand new Kia Rio saloon cars they won were Mrs. Esther Olanrewaju Ajibade, Kazeem Segun, Adegoke Adesola Fakoya, Kolawole Maye, Aremu Olusola, Morufu Oluwo and Hassan Mohammed.

The lucky Glo subscribers were among the 100 winners drawn in Lagos during the mega draw of the promo.

Globacom said the prizes were being presented to the winners in batches in their home states. Some of the winners of the mega draw had earlier received their prizes in Abuja, Aba, and Ibadan.

Speaking on the occasion, Globacom’s Head of Win ‘n’ Rule Promotion, Mr. Tonye Briggs, said that Glo would always deliver on its promise to consumers.

According to him, more presentations would be held in the weeks ahead nationwide.
The Win ‘n’ Rule promo is offering 500 cars to subscribers who recharge with various sums every month. The other prizes are 1000 power generating sets, 1000 motor-bikes and 1000 bicycles.
