Panabiz reiterates commitment to service delivery

Leading office automation and telecommunications equipment provider, Panabiz International Limited, has reiterated its commitment to customer service delivery.

General Manager, Panabiz International, Ms Nisha Sajnani, gave this assurance at a session with customers in its Surulere-Lagos office, last weekend, stressing that the firm is committed to delivery of high quality products and service delivery as a way to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sajnani also said that the company is strongly committed to building on its core competencies, particularly in after sales service.

This, she explained, has enhanced the capacity of the company to pursue its mission of providing the need based solutions to its consumers.

“Over the years, by adhering to the corporate philosophy of customer satisfaction through high quality service, the company has grown from strength to strength.

Today, Panabiz has become a Total Solution Provider for all office automation and telecommunications requirement of its customers”.  Sajnani declared.

Pointing out that all Panabiz products are backed by a team of highly professional and trained engineers to provide effective after sales service and support with adequate supply of spare parts, consumables among others, in order to ensure that the company delivers the very best quality to its consumers.

She equally said that as part of its continuous endeavor to offer the latest generation product solutions, the company has concluded plans to introduce new products in the coming months.

She listed some of the products as telecom solutions, which include call management solutions, hotel management solutions, call centre solutions, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions.

Addition, she listed security surveillance solutions and digital signage solutions, which include Panasonic range of network cameras and iPro CCTV cameras and Panasonic Plasma display panels.

Over the years, Panabiz has been responsible for the launch of latest and state-of-the-art technology Panasonic colour copiers into the Nigerian market.

The new generation copiers is a very useful tool for government departments, educational institutions, oil & gas companies, banking, manufacturing, engineering, advertising agencies, churches to name a few, to help them make beautiful presentations, scan, fax, and email their documents effortlessly.
