Acclaimed Nigerian first mobile phone manufacturing company, Anabel Mobile, has opened an ultra modern service and repair center in Lagos.
This, the company said, underscore its commitment to a world class service quality.
The center, situated in Dolphin Plaza Ikoyi, according to the Technical Support Manager of Anabel, Mr. Tim Ocheja, has state-of the art technology equipment expected to support users of Anabel devices in the South Western part of the country.
He also said similar care centers have been planned for Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Enugu and Onitsha respectively.
These centers, he said, would provide the warranty, which comes with Anabel devices, noting that the center would also manage any manufacturer’s defects that may arise.
“Anabel mobile has come to stay. We are committed to our customers. Our customers are very important to us. The centers will also serve as a point of contact for replacement parts for loyal Anabel customers. Anabel is the first device manufacturer to subject itself to the NCC certification process and its devices also has SONCAP certification,” he said.
Ocheja, further said, that the center has diagnostic capabilities and could detect problems on any Anabel device once it has been assessed.
“The ultramodern center will serve as a first line of support for Anabel’s entire range of devices such as its Smart Phones and hand held PCs, its digital media devices and its very popular Effizzy dual sim phone, which sports a dual standby mode in addition to WAP and browser capability, MP3 and MP4 as well as FM radio, currency converter and a wide range of games,” he explained.
ITRealms Online recalled that Anabel Mobile was recently identified by the Federal Ministry of Information and Communications as one of the trail blazers in this direction having launched the first Nigerian mobile phone and first Nigerian pocket PC and Smart phone that runs on windows mobile operating system licensed by the Microsoft Corporation.
