APC by Schneider Electric is supporting customers in the country with after sales services on three phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPSes).
Sales and Operations Services Manager for Africa at APC by Schneider Electric, Mr. Olivier Delepine, made this disclosure at the weekend, saying that those who want to find out more on how to properly size and maintain UPS batteries or on local warranty service on single phase machines, including APC by Schneider Electric’s Back-UPS and Smart-UPS single phase solutions, would do well to contact swap centre near them.
He said that the service launched last quarter, enables the local swap centre provides warranty support on single phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPSes) to assist Nigerian customers with onsite support related to three phase solutions.
The main goal of the swap centre, he said, is to offer quicker response times and a higher level of service for warranty exchanges of single phase UPS units for local customers, as well as ensuring that three phase equipment receives the proper maintenance for optimal performance.
The Nigerian swap centre, he said, is based within the Schneider Electric warehouse in Lagos and affords customers to access swap centre services after obtaining an approval number from the customer care centre based in Dubai.
