Visafone Communications Limited has ended its extended 10 Cars in 10 Weeks promo, last weekend.
The Deputy General Manager (DGM), Marketing and Strategy, Mr. Clifford Onyeike said that the promo ended with excitement and commendation from subscribers on the network, noting that the promo was launched as part of Easter celebration package.
He also said that before now, the 10 Cars in 10 Weeks produced four winners of brand new Kia Rio cars, while several others won over 200 fantastic prizes, including generating sets, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) TV’s, Home Theatres, Washing Machines, CK Music phones, Motorola V9m phones and N1, 000 free airtime.
Welcoming guest at the finale held in Lagos, Mr. Onyeike expressed appreciation to customers for participating in the initiative since it started few weeks ago and also for identifying with the brand.
He said though the 10 Cars in 10 Weeks initiative has ended, Visafone would not rest in its efforts to reward customers.
“Visafone has been consistently and enthusiastically recognising and rewarding customers since its launch. It is the loyalty and consistent support of our customers which has made us Nigeria’s fourth largest mobile operator in just two years from launch, and we always seek to reciprocate that loyalty at every given opportunity,” he said.
So far, he said, a total of six cars and over 500 prizes have been won by several customers from across the country and today’s event, which marks the final draw, brings to end several weeks of excitement in the 10 Cars in 10 Weeks initiative.
Visafone is known for its programmes that reward its subscribers, apart from giving them value for money through attractive tariffs and excellent voice and data quality.
Visafone, which started commercial operation in February, 2008, is Nigeria’s 4th largest mobile operator by active subscriber base. Visafone today covers 24 states and over 171 cities across the country.
