Sharp unveils 32” LCD Television sets

Sharp Corporation, has unveiled a new 32 inches Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Television sets into the Nigerian market.

Deputy Managing Director of Sharp Middle East, Mr. Kenji Okunaka, said that the new LCD TV already on sale across the country comes with an unbeatable price that is expected to boost company sales across the African nations.

He also said the product tagged ‘LC-32AF10M’ would provide consumers with the best technology resulting in the projection of beautiful images and a clear and powerful sound that is sure to entertain the entire family.

Okunaka made specific reference to the acclaimed GfK Marketing Services Ltd yearly study in 2010 which named Sharp as the No 1 LCD TV in Japan.

Gfk, he said, is the world market research organization operating in more than 100 countries, stressing that the new LCD’s slim-line design and elegant gold trim which goes well with any living space and is also suitable for use in hotels as it comes with a special Hotel Mode function.

“Its elegant design and exceptional picture quality will enhance the hotel guests’ staying experience,” he said.

A frequent visitor to Nigeria, Okunaka noted he was “proud to announce the launch of the highly successful new model of 32” LCD TV in Nigeria.”

Sharp, he said, has been in Nigeria for decades now and they are happy to be able to offer customers the best technology at an affordable price.

“The Sharp 32” television is equipped with high contrast panel offering outstanding energy efficiency that is highly rated worldwide. Sharp Corporation is a worldwide developer of innovative products and core technologies that play a key role in shaping the future of electronics”, he declared.

Pointing out that as a leader in LCDs and digital technologies, Sharp offers one of the broadest and most advanced lines of consumer electronics, information products and electronic components, while also creating new network businesses.

The new product, he said, comes with a year service warranty.
