Teenager, Nnachebe, joins MTN millionaires’ club

A seventeen-year old Nnachebe Ozuluoha has joined the new millionaires in the MTN’s N1b mega reward as he was recently named among 10 new MTN N10 million winners in Enugu, Enugu State.

Master Nnachebe was alongside nine others presented with their N10 million cheques respectively at a colourful ceremony.

Describing their experience, the new winners said they were surprised and highly elated to be among the lucky subscribers to be rewarded with ten million naira each.

According to Ozuluoha, a student of Christ the King College, Onitsha, Anambra State, he received the phone call notifying him that he won with excitement.

“I have heard a lot about the MTN N1billion reward so when I saw a call from “180”, the MTN customer care number, I was thrilled and very eager to receive the news,”  he said.

Another N10 million winner, Mrs. Doyinmola Ayeni, a trader from Kwara State is no less excited about the amazement of her win in the reward scheme.

“I have never seen such money in my life” she enthused. “This is certainly a life-changing experience for me and my family as I can now be rest assured that my children will have the best education available,” she said.

Presenting the cheques to some of the winners was Brand Manager, Progressives, MTN, Osaze Ebueku who explained the essence of the reward scheme.

He noted that at MTN, the mobile operator is very passionate about its customers and that is why the network introduced the N1Billion Reward package to encourage them to register their MTN SIM cards.

Osaze encouraged MTN subscribers who have not registered their lines to seize the opportunity of becoming a millionaire to go and register at any MTN Walk-in Centre or designated registration centers despite the lapse of the deadline set by Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC).

Additionally, the ten lucky winners who were rewarded with N10 million each, 15 MTN subscribers went home with N100,000 each while 100 subscribers received N10,000 instantly.
