Nigerians
are gearing up for the commemoration of the 2012 Software Freedom Day with an
event scheduled for September 10 to herald the global show on September 15.
Software
Freedom Day is a global celebration and education of why transparent and
sustainable technologies are now more important than ever. With over 200 teams
in 60 countries participating, it is a fantastic event to get your schools and
communities involved in.
Organisers
urge Nigerians to join the event in their local communities to assist in making
certain that freedoms are upheld by the technologies of tomorrow.
After-all, sustainable
technologies pave the way for access to knowledge forever.
