A total of 25 French companies are showcasing new products
and solutions at the ongoing Global Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX)
2014 at Dubai World Trade Center, ITRealms
confirms.
The French Trade Commission also known as UBIFRANCE in the
United Arab Emirates made this disclosure to ITRealms.
UBIFRANCE Communication Press Officer, Miryem Oukas says the French agency for international
business development is organizing the French Pavilion for 34th
edition of GITEX at the 250-m space plays host to booths D4-10/D4-26 and
D4-27/D4-35.
This came as the French/Tunisian IT Alliance (AFTN) leads
some six French companies to present their know-how with their Tunisian
partner.
The participating 25 companies, UBIFRANCE further said are
involved in sectors relating to network, software solutions and Information
Technology (IT) hardware.
ITRealms
recalls that France’s total revenue from software publishing and IT services
recorded Euro37 billion last year, whereas it employs 369,000, even as 270,000
of this figure are IT engineers.
Also, there are some 3,200 software publishers with 2,500
are French citizens, although the sector is ranked third in the Europe, while it’s
the fifth globally.
Some of the participating companies include Office Gemini
S.A.S, PNY Technologies, Systran SA, Evolis Card Printer. Ant’Inno, Siveco
Group, Logic Instrument S.A to name a few.
