Signal Alliance set to host 2015 Customer Week

All is now set for the 4th edition of Signal Alliance Customer Week to commence on Monday March 9 to Friday, March 13, 2015, according to the chief executive officer, Adanma Onuegbu, reports ITRealms.

She explained to ITRealms that this annual activity provides Signal Alliance with different platforms to reach out to its numerous clients and stakeholders who have been part of the business and success stories in the previous year.
“It also enables us to share and have conversations around how our relationship can be better managed for our common good in particular and the nation in general,” she said.

Mrs. Onuegbu also disclosed that the theme for the customer week would be “Diversify, Innovate and Grow.”

This theme, she explained was chosen in order to further draw attention to the challenges and opportunities in the Nigerian economy. With an official rebase of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) last year the need to diversify, innovate and grow as a strategic template could be applied to guide decision makers and realign the economy.

She said, several activities have been lined up for the week which includes customer interactions, workshop on Nigeria economy and technology, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme and customer appreciation cum award ceremony.

Mrs Onuegbu revealed to ITRealms a panel made up of economic and technology experts are to share their knowledge at the workshop, Cisco will make a presentation on how their world class technologies could be used to diversify, innovate and grow the economy.
“This workshop will take place at Civic Centre on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, with the theme: Diversification and Innovation: A technology Roadmap to Grow Nigeria Economy,” she said.

Also, lined up for the week is a Corporate Social Responsibility programme that will involve preventive medical screening and health talk. This programme is designed to increase awareness of positive health behaviours, provide opportunities and supportive environment to foster positive lifestyle changes.

Moses Braimah, Signal Alliance Brand & Marketing lead says, “Recognitions for our customers and staff who have contributed immensely to our business will also take place at a customer appreciation event.”

The Customer Week is supported by Cisco and MetroHealth HMO.
