Founder and Group Managing Director
of Chams Plc, Sir Demola Aladekomo will retire from his office from September
18, 2015, reports ITRealms.
Sir Aladekomo was the immediate past
national president, Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and has founded Chams
Nigeria Limited, an Information Technology (IT) and servicing company since
1985, which later went to the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE) availing it the
title of a public limited company.
By September 2015, ITRealms
learnt that Sir Aladekomo will have served Chams Plc for 30 years.
Sir Demola was also a
former president of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSAA)
and has been the vice chairman of ChamsAccess Limited, a subsidiary of Chams
Plc since 2008 when it was established.
ITRealms gathered that Sir
Demola attended the chief executive programme (CEP1) of Lagos Business
School on Business Administration and Management after having his Master of
Business Administration (MBA) on Operations Research from University of Lagos,
whilst he graduated with his first degree from the University of Ife on
Computer Engineering.
Sir Demola, who
commemorates his birthday every December 31, is the President of Ivy League
Club and has interests on Identity Management Systems, Electronic Payment
Systems and Social Works volunteerism.
