The alleged misappropriation of over N90 million is
currently tearing the community of Federal Government College (FGC) Ijanikn, Lagos apart, reports ITRealms.
This has placed the school management and some members of
the Parents Teachers Association of FGC, Ijanikin.
ITRealms also gathered that this Saturday, October 17, 2015 the
allegation which had lead to having a division in the PTA, brought out disruption
of the purported election of new officers of the PTA.
This, according to NewsExpress report, was vehemently opposed
by the school management led by its principal, Mrs. A.O. Ibukun-Oyewole, paved
the way for the invitation to the Nigerian Police Force detachment to the
school early on Saturday.
ITRealms recalls that FGC Ijanikin Lagos was formally
established late September 1980 when the school moved to its permanent site in
Ijanikin after a long travail between 1976 and 1977 session, when classes were
held in temporary classroom blocks built on the site of Lagos State Government
College, Ojo.
