Vodacom Business Nigeria and Etisalat
Nigeria on Tuesday consummated a partnership agreement to facilitate provision
of mobile voice services to Vodacom customers and equip Etisalat to provide
improved enterprise solutions to its customers, reports ITRealms.
According to the Chief Executive
Officer, Vodacom Nigeria, Mr. Guy Clarke and his Etisalat Nigeria counterpart, Mr.
Matthew Willsher, this strategic partnership brings together two
forward-looking companies focused on delivering superior telecommunication services
to businesses in the country.
The Executive Director Commercial,
Vodacom Business Nigeria, Mr. Solomon Ogufere, told ITRealms that Vodacom is
well positioned to offer a full package of customised enterprise class mobile voice
and data services to businesses in Nigeria through its Enterprise Mobile Voice
Solution (EMVS) which aims at improving productivity and response time for
corporates; especially those businesses with large number of staff on the move.
Large cooperates in Nigeria now have access to high performance and easy to
manage mobile communication solutions for their business.
Equally, he said, the partnership affords
Etisalat to provide point-to-point and point-to-multi-point fixed connectivity
solutions to its customers, thereby offering them a one-stop shopping experience,
thereby providing Vodacom and Etisalat customers with a single billing platform
to negate the trouble of dealing with multiple communications service
providers.
Further, CEO of Etisalat Nigeria,
Matthew Willsher pointed out that in the fast paced telecommunication market of
