Former Gov. James Ibori returns to Nigeria, heads to Oghara

The former Executive Governor of Delta State, Mr. James Onanefe Ibori, has arrived the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) earlier this morning, reports ITRealms.

Confirming this development, his media aide, Mr. Tony Elumuonor, also said Ibori is on his way to Oghara, his home town.

Mr. Ibori who was released on December 21, 2016, from a United Kingdom prison after serving a term for money laundering.

He was reportedly flown into Nigeria aboard a British Airways flight from London in the early hours of Saturday.
