NAFRC set to pass-out 295 of 2017 Course A

All is now set for the passing out of some 295 grandaunts for the 2017 course A, from the Nigerian Armed forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) Oshodi-Lagos, reports ITRealms.
 
Disclosing this at the weekend, the Commandant, Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre, Oshodi, Air Vice, A.A. Jekennu, said the trainees comprised of 270 from the Army, 18 from the Navy and 7 from the Air Force.

According to him, the passing out ceremony has been slated for Thursday, June 16 and is a week-long event which commenced last Friday with a Juma’at Service on Friday 9 June, an Interdenominational Church Service on Sunday 11 June.

In addition, he said, there would be a novelty football match between teams comprising the trainees and staff of the Centre on Tuesday 13 June. 

Equally, there would be a dinner in honour of the passing out trainees on Wednesday 14 June and a lunch after the passing out ceremony on Friday 16 June. 

He also disclosed that the Honourable Minister of Defence, Mallam Muhammed Mansur Dan-Ali, would be the Special Guest of Honour for the passing out ceremony while members of the National Assembly, Service Chiefs and captains of industries have been invited among other dignitaries expected at the event.

Further, he said, the graduation ceremony would be used to commission some of the many laudable projects that were completed and have had great impact on NAFRC Community, lately.

Annually, ITRealms recalls that NAFRC trains potential retirees in two classes of Course A and B in preparation for their successful retirement after meritorious services to the fatherland.
