The ACTION Subscribers of Abaren Land-PenJewel, would tomorrow, Tuesday, January 22, 2019, be having its first hearing on the case against former Lagos NUJ council chairman, Mr. Deji Elumoye, Mrs. Ifeyinwa Omowole and Co at the Igbesere High Court, Lagos, reports ITREALMS.
ITREALMS recalls that the duo and their partners defrauded members of the Lagos NUJ council several millions of Naira and foreign dollars in the name of providing housing scheme for them and relatives who subscribed in the project.
Confirming this development, the Lawyer in charge of the case, Barr. Olayinka Olujimi said that his team is set for the court session, even though the ‘Action Subscribers’ still exploring the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the High Court.
He enjoined all members of the ‘Action Subscribers’ to turn out enmass for the hearing alongside their friends.
