Tribunal sacks Melaye, he insists saying 'I dey Kempe' - ITREALMS

The National Assembly/State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal in Lokoja, Kogi State has sacked Senator Dino Melaye as the Senator for Kogi West Senatorial District, reports ITREALMS.

This is coming as the Tribunal early today, Friday, ordered fresh elections to be conducted in the district.

In his immediate reactions, Senator Melaye declared to ITREALMS, "he dey Kempe, no shaking".

He insisted that for "my Senate mandate no shaking. I can not be distracted. Focus is my name."

Melaye also urged all Kogites to remain calm.

"All Kogites should remain calm and peaceful as their mandate is very secured," he declared.
