The Anambra-born student, Egoagwuagwu Agnes Maduafokwa, has emerged the highest scorer in the 2020 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination after scoring 365, just as she went home with the N16 million prize, reports ITREALMS.
The N16m prize, ITREALMS gathered was institued by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
ITREALMS also gathered that Agnes scored 72 in the Use of English, 99 in Mathematics, 99 in Physics and 95 in Chemistry to emerge the candidate with the highest UTME score for the year 2020 with aggregate to 365 out of 400.
Agnes, who is the first Assistant Head Girl, Louisville Girls High School Ijebu-Itele in Ogun State was presented with the cheque of N16m and a book at the official unveiling ceremony of UTME examination for engineering candidates on June 30.
Further, ITREALMS gathered that Agnes was the President of the Maths Club, and the first Assistant Head Girl of her Ijebu-Itele based Louisville Girls High School.
Even as she revealed that she wanted to study Industrial Production Engineering at the prestigious University of Ibadan, Oyo State.
