Reactions have continued to trail the photo of one Mr. Sunday shared on Instagram by @Kolliwilly, Mr. Kola Adesina, who alleged he stole his N7m to open phoneshop at Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, reports ITREALMS.

Top on the reactions have been pleas for clemency for Mr. Sunday, who despite being scolded was applauded by many social media enthusiasts for investing the alleged stolen N7m instead of misusing it on frivolous purposes like going clubbing etc.
Most of the reactions were for Mr. Adesina, a London-based car hire club owner at AuroraCarHireClub.com, to release Mr. Sunday and enter an agreement on how refund could be made to him in the shortest possible time.
They argued that instead of disgracing him or allowing the law to take its course, Mr. Sunday should broker a deal on repayment plan and be given time to refund in full, except if he Mr. Adesina is interested in partnering in the phone business at the computer village.

Online enthusiasts who reacted, pointed out that the country is hard and instead of allowing Sunday to go to jail, that even a good judge with good sense of humour, would encourage plea-bargain be entered with Mr. Adesina, despite he took laws into his own hands of displaying a disgraceful photo of Mr. Sunday half-naked online.
For @richmyde: “Boss leave him but let him sign undertaking to pay back since he invested the money, jail is not the best. God bless u.”
Rich’s appeal provoked tolu_olupona who asked rhetorically, @richmyde "So you mean a thief doesn’t deserve to be punished? U must be a part of Nigeria’s problem."
Retorting, @richmyde said "@tolu_olupona how many politicians have u or the law punished in Nigeria. If the country is good, do u think he will take someone money to start a business. He has vision but ur country killed it for him."
Also concerned citizen who goes by @okpoweefecha, “So sad to say that even though I don't support what the man did by stealing from you, I believe he had a good plan for his life that is why he never lavished the money rather invested it, and I put it to you that if you were nice to this staff he would not do that to you, most of you rich men under pay staffs and treat them as slaves, now you snapped him tied on the floor and you playing the good card but have shown his face to the world as a thief what a shame, know that all is vanity all the so called money you think you have today is vanity help the poor instead of disgracing him, and how am I so sure that your money is even genuine also you might have stolen from someone in time pass but today claim a saint and suffering that young man who has a vision to be great but wicked boss like you won't let him make it in life, putting him in jail is not the end of his life, he would come out stronger I believe, but a quick one know dat u a wicked man.”
Yet another follower of Adesina, @mz_aba_golden “In my honest opinion I think you should forgive him and release him from jail BECAUSE, he put the money to good use. U can arrange a payment plan for him or let him sign an undertaking to pay you back the money. God will bless you more for changing his life.”
Equally commenting on the issue, a social commentator with sufficient knowledge of the law and social justice, who asked for anonymous, said that for even sharing the photo of Mr. Sunday, a suspect online as displayed in inhuman manner; tied both hands and two legs, negates whatever justice he (Kola Adesina) may be seeking from him because he has taken the law into his hands and damages could be sought in a law court by a good human rights lawyer for Sunday and Mr. Adesina would be on the other side of the coin.
"In fact, he would be the one begging for settlement instead of Sunday."

The analyst however, joined in soliciting that Mr. Adesina quickly deletes the photo which has gone viral online immediately.
"Because, his inability to recall and delete those photos places him in a dangerous corner of the law since the suspect has not been made to face any trial let alone judgment gotten and he was being disgraced online.
"The online disgrace surpasses whatever refund Mr. Adesina may be asking for that is monetary, especially since the suspect did not waste the said fund but for investment which could tomorrow grow bigger to even buy off Mr. Adesina car hire business in any part of the world.
Further, the analyst suggested withdrawal of the case from the police for arbitration and out of court settlement as soon as possible (ASAP), because "the digital aspect of the case has more damning implication against Mr. Adesina than he thinks."
