Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has emerged as the Governorship
candidate of All Progressive Grand Alliance (A.P.G.A), for Anambra State, this
evening by pooling in Awka with 792 votes, reports ITREALMS.
APGA, ITREALMS recalled held its governorship primaries in Awka, the state capital on Wednesday.
With the result available to ITREALMS, Prof Soludo won in
all the 21 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state to emerge as the APGA flag
bearer for the November 6th governorship election.
The voting which commenced with the Aguata LGA delegates saw
all the 21 LGA coming from about 349 wards in Anambra State.
About four officers from the Independent National Electoral Commission
(INEC) monitoring team were at the APGA primary election in Awka on Wednesday.
Below are the APGA Primary Election Results (LG by LG) as compiled by Ifeanyi Aniagoh showed a summary of result with Soludo gathering some 740 votes followed by a distance Ezenwankwo with 41 then Damian with 7 and Ibe 4 votes respectively.
