A court in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, has vacated an Ex-parte Order stopping the 7th Triennial Delegates Conference it made on the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), slated for Umuahia, Abia State, reports ITREALMS.

ITREALMS recollects that Soji Amosun and Ayokunle Ewuoso of Ogun State Council of the NUJ were applicants in the suit.
Confirming this development, NUJ President, Chief Chris Isiguzo said that to the Glory of God, "the Ex-parte Order obtained by some union member in Ogun State council has been vacated.
He also said that in all the Union is the winner as collective interest surpasses individual interest.
