In fulfillment of its true Nigerian identity, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has successfully migrated its result viewing portal (IReV) to www.inecelectionresults.ng, reports ITREALMS.

Revealing this development at the weekend, the INEC National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye Esq, informed ITREALMS of the migration update, said it would strengthen its optimum performance and accountability.
“The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) has been migrated from www.inecelectionresults.com to www.inecelectionresults.ng,” he declared.
According to him, all previously registered user credentials from the old URL remain valid on this new URL, even as notification emails containing the new URL will be sent to all registered users.
“The notification to this effect has been uploaded to the Commission’s social media platforms,” he said.
ITREALMS gathered that this portal was successfully used during the council election at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja at the weekend.
