Market Square participants applaud OOUAA Lagos - ITREALMS

Participants at the second edition of the Market Square organised by the Lagos State chapter of the Olabisi Onabanjo University Alumni Association (OOUAA), have commended the group, reports ITREALMS.

Some of the participants who spoke to ITREALMS at the event with theme "Another great Opportunity to Expand your Business Network" commended especially the executive led by Alhaji Lukman Idris for the initiative.

One of the participating vendors and chief executive officer (CEO), Kampala Agro Allied, Olayinka Falese applauded the efforts which enabled her to make some sales and network as well.

Also speaking, the Managing Director, Neccesory Organic, Mrs Folashade Motunmorin said that the OOUAA Market Square 2022 was a good show despite the low turnouts from members, however, the support for business owners that exhibited was really encouraging and worthwhile.

"We had fun, social network and made some sales. While, the chairman and the excos ensured everyone had a nice time. It was really worthwhile for me as an exhibitor; as new customers added to our data base and existing customers also patronized," she said.

Motunmorin suggested the event should be a continuous programme that should be made bigger every year.

For the CEO of Netcross Agro Industries Limited, Ogun State, Jadesola Tosin Oladipupo, harped on the low turnouts and emphasized more publicity for more patronages especially more public inclusion aside members.

And for the CEO of Zeena-Clothings, Nana Antwi, expressed delights to be part of the exhibition and applauded the executives for such laudable programme, stressing that she got to know about the Market Square through a friend revealed it has availed her the opportunity to make sales and network.

Further, ITREALMS gathered that the maiden edition took place at CMD Road, Lagos last year December with great turnouts with 19 vendors in attendance. While this year, some 15 vendors attended including Netcross farms, Ipanuje, Pejsunrealty, Optimum Lifestyle, Green Gold Africa, Adetoye Styling, Neccesory Organic, Shades & Colors, Kampala Agro, Zeena Clothing, Eyitopsy Stores, Abbis Cleaning Service, Bilamits Multistore, and Skano farm Crovation.
