Investigations have revealed that the details on the revolving plate numbers of the Toyota Highlander are missing in the vehicle management system of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), ITREALMS can exclusively reports.

FRSC had on Tuesday reacted to a rotational number plate on the Highlander, declaring it illegal in Nigeria.

But investigations exclusively carried out by ITREALMS revealed that details of the owner of the vehicle and even the plate numbers using the video were all mission.

For instance, the Federal Government '01B-266FG' ITREALMS gathered, is valid but yet to be assigned whereas it has since been printed and in use by the said Toyota Highlander SUV.

Search on the KUJ-304BV plate number which indicated that it was registered in Kuje, Abuja and was assigned to a Toyota Highlander with colour as 'Custom.'

No other detail of the car owner is in the system as there is nothing about the vehicle as information about the owner is missing.

Earlier, the Assistant Corps Marshal, in-charge of Education, Mr. Bisi Kazeem, informed ITREALMS in a press statement available that FRSC's attention has been drawn to a video circulating on the social media which displayed a vehicle circulating with rotational number plates.

The vehicle number plates on display are: KUJ-304BV, while the other side which was automatically flipped carries a number tagged presidency with the following details, 01B-266FG.
