The Nigeria Police, on Tuesday arrested a couple of cyber criminals suspected to have aided the manipulations of the 2023 General Elections, ITREALMS can confirm.Those arrested at a residential building cum operational office block of Emperor Technology Company Limited are currently helping the Police in the investigation.
Emperor Technology (EMPTECH) office is located at the No. 15, Ganges Street, Maitama, Abuja. This office serves as the business development and services centre for a Chinese company headquartered in Shenzhen, Mainland China, whereas, the Nigerian office is led by one Sheldon Song, with core service offering including what they called "innovative and intelligent Electronic Voting System."
The arrest, ITREALMS also gathered in the news monitored on AriseTv, followed a tip off from unidentified sources that the location was being used as a base to manipulate last Saturday's elections.

The Police, ITREALMS equally gathered, recovered a number of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines purportedly belonging to INEC and several laptops, LaserJet printer and desktop computers, among others.ITREALMS further gathered that arrested suspects on spot were not less than three, while Police have launched a manhunt for several other suspects involved in the matter.
