The Vice Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Senator Yusuf Datti Baba Ahmed has asked the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu to urgently investigate the screenshot of Ekiti results uploaded some five days before the election, reports ITREALMS.

Reacting to the viral screenshot dated February 20, 2023 with the same Ekiti results as announced by INEC on Sunday evening, Senator Ahmed via his social media handle @YDBabaAhmed called on INEC chairman to investigate the screenshot immediately.

According to him, "Elections was 25th Feb but INEC brought out results that was uploaded on 20th Feb," he wondered.

Aside asking Nigerians to trend the screenshot, Senator Ahmed also tagged "BIVAS||Anambra||Borno||falz||INEC Chairman||Dino||Desmond Elliot||North central||PDP and LP" saying he just stumbled on this  about Ekiti, please look into it.

ITREALMS recalled that a few hours after the announcement of the Ekiti State presidential election results in favour of the candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC), some Nigerians saw an unclassified screenshot from a portal reportedly uploaded the same results five days before the elections.

Investigation is ongoing to get the portal.
