Indications have emerged on why the Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, will be conferred with the esteemed National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM) Award, among other notable Nigerians, reports ITREALMS..
