The founding Chief Disruption Officer, Lalaa Consulting Company, Mr. Demola Aderibigbe, has pledged to train more Nigerians on unique skill acquisitions, reports ITREALMS

Aderibigbe who works as a strategic humourist, disclosed to ITREALMS that his work entails learning and developments for cooperate organisations and individuals.


He also said that what makes his training unique is the usage of homours a lot, for instance comedy during the training in order to make it more interesting and engaging.

For him, some people when asked to come for training, they would feel bored while others would feel as if they are going back to the classrooms.

Aderibigbe noted that some people in the corporate world when they see that training is interesting and entertaining that is when they would develop more interest to participate.

“We use a lot of humour and edutainment, including what we called gamification, where we use game mechanism in training. I looked at science behind all the games that have been designed with very addictive and I bring them into corporate training and learning.”

“I have been around in Nigeria for long period of time but many people do not know more about what I offer based on the approach we bring into corporate training that makes it unique,” he said.

Before now, he said they leverage referrals and recommendations for more quality training which speaks for the company.

Lalaa Consulting Company, he said, provides services to almost all the sectors in Nigeria, expressing optimism that people are beginning to learn more skills through the company unique tool.

“In corporate world many people do not know that their earnings depend on their capacity to learn. Before now, people find it difficult to learn rather to watch movies, which is the narrative we want to change.

“We have made learning more memorable, engaging and exciting that people look forward to experience. People call me Nigeria’s number one business humuorist because of what I teach is business but I use humuor as methodology” he revealed.
